New Gourmet Food Trends for 2017! Its time to rethink our menus and break out of our mundane food routines. There is just way too many food choices out there to eat the same old meat and potatoes at EVERY event we attend.  So we need to break away from the Basics and offer New Gourmet Concepts. We are not reinventing the wheel, we are utilizing the abundant amount of food choices, our culinary expertise, and our event hosts vision to create menus that tantalize our palate and satisfy our ever evolving dietary standards. 

Our New Dishes and Ingredients that will WOW your Guests and Yourself!!!

  1. Watch out for Cauliflower: Fried, Whole Roasted, and Pureed – Cauliflower is a leading ingredient in our complimentary dishes. Try our Skirt Steak with Preserved Lemon Butter and Sesame Cauliflower. The best part of Cauliflower is This food is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a good source of Protein, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Magnesium and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Folate, Pantothenic Acid, Potassium and Manganese.
  2. Pasta is still “So Hot Right Now”: Carbs will never loose their luster.  Old favorites with flavor twists have been popular amongst our Taste Buds! Beer and Bacon Carbonara: Dark Beer and Smoky Bacon for a deeper flavor!  Beer and Pasta lovers can not get enough of this dish! The best part of this dish is its ability to fill your winter hunger without too heavy of a sauce. 
  3. Meatless Entrees satisfy our environmentally-conscious, health-conscious, and animal-friendly diners. Polenta-Stuffed Poblano Peppers. Stuffed peppers are typically filled with rice, but a smooth creamy polenta filling ups the comfort level in this tasty dish. While the polenta is still warm, stir in the corn, goat cheese, and scallions. Then, fill the poblano pepper halves with a hefty scoop and bake until heated through. The perk about polenta – its one of the best foods to supply long lasting energy!   4. Cucumbers are coming back in a Big Green Way! We have been using cucumbers as a main ingredient in Sandwiches, Drinks, and Complimentary Salads. Cucumber Crunch Satay Salad. The cool crunch of cucumber is amazing, especially when paired with a fresh chopped cilantro and peanuts. Its a very natural way to eat, and it leaves you feeling cool as a cucumber!
