WELCOME TO 2013

Despite the downturn of the economy, Cater 2U continues to prosper due to our loyal customers and continued dedication to creating unique events based on each individual customers and their guests.  This year, Cater 2U is concentrating its energy towards revamping its menus and expanding its menu item offerings.  With continued interest in international cuisine, Michael Giletto plans to incorporate a highly international scope into its menu selections.  Realizing that the taste of each customer varies widely, Cater 2U has always worked with our clients to develop palate specific menus.  Now more than ever, however, innovation and creativity in food presentation lead the way in the culinary field, and this trend will be reflected in the menu options that our customers will have the privilege of enjoying.  One such menu item which reflects our creativity and scope of cuisine is our introduction of our Paella Bar into our specialty food station menus. 

Along with our new menu changes, we have recently undergone both interior and exterior reconstruction of our on-site catering and banquet faciliy! We invite you to come see for yourself, the elegance and beauty that the renovations have brought.
